Samastah Wellness started in 2019 in Bangalore, founded by a counselling psychologist who believed mental health care should feel human, personal, and unhurried.

Currently led by our founder, we work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, with a vision to grow into a full multidisciplinary centre.
